According the the developer's engineers and experts, not only are you looking at a degraded, waste-filled,
dredge site filled with contaminants, trash and junked cars, but ALSO, it is a "valueless" ineffective
wetland with impeded and less than full tidal flow. You be the judge of how much of an outright and distorted
lie this is. We think it's pretty clear. Indigo Dunes will be a 1st
class, final destruction of the remaining Bayfront and it's community, as we know it. This will be anything but responsible
stewardship or an 'environmental cleanup' as the developer would like to package-present it.
